I stopped playing after the new mod so this account includes:
- lvl 63 TR with best items before the the mod except the enchants and the artefact items are not maxed out
- lvl 60 HR with cheap blue stuff and mulhorand weapons with weak vorpal
- lvl 60 GWF with good items -> for example the weapon set was worth 2m ad ( CN set )
- Paladin lvl 13 or something -> Has level up gear for fast leveling

EDIT: I'm not sure if american psc's work in europe. If that's that the case I would trade the account for cs:go steam key which is about 12 bucks. The reason for all that is that I don't have creditcard.
