Never even talked to the person and he gave a negative feedback

The feedback was given today. He claims im a scammer but he never even messaged me on epic message or anywhere else.

i didnt pay he agree for 130 from 200 and i say i want to buy in epicnpc he say: no i trade only like this you send me money after that he is going to verify then i say that ..he is a scammer and i am going to report him and let my feed back on epicnpc and know so what i see here he is already prepared for this kind of issues what reason should i have that i come here and report only this guy from more than 1000 members ... he is a liar and Scammer !!
