what does that have to do with the feedback? It says you gave him a full refund, so why would he be still mad at you almost 2 years later?

how he was ever since about a month after it happened i just never had aim logging until this summer, any way to just delete his rating?

it's not false or inaccurate, because he's harassing you on AIM doesn't mean the feedback should be removed. Just block him.
