Happened back in last October. I was inquiring about his account's ownership status (since he mentioned something about spending 4-500 dollars on it).

He gave me the account info so I could confirm the contents (I was 6/6 positive at the time), but ultimately refused to provide proof of original ownership (an original e-mail is all you need to recover the account). Naturally I didn't purchase the account since it was relatively high-end.

I come back the next day and I receive negative feedback that I scammed him. I did not even bother giving him any feedback since he was just simply bitter that the deal fell through (he wanted me to pay half first before he gave any proof).

Afterwards, I stopped using EpicNPC for a good half a year. It wasn't until recently that I began using the forums again.

I am not a scammer, nor am I a bad trader. My 8/8 100% feedback aside from this farce is a testament to that.

Please revert his negative rating, as there are no grounds for it.

He never provides any proof/info. Never confirmed anything. He did not even have skype.

From the PMs it seems you did agree to a sell price and were going to meet off-site to complete the sale.

Post the email or chat logs screenshots where he gave you all the info then "refused to provide proof of original ownership" and you backing out of the deal.

Unfortunately I do not have any records of him sending me his paypal and LoL info to me via facebook PM. Ultimately, he changed the password after I declined to buy it because he couldn't provide the registration e-mail to prove that he was OO, resulting in no trade. It even says in his negative feedback that he still has the account.

If there was no on-site confirmation of sales (posting in the sale thread/ confirmation on ENPC PM), paypal records or transfoerring of accounts, how exactly is there a trade? If there is no trade how am I receiving negative trade feedback?

Please remove this unwarranted stain on my record, as some of my customers have been inquiring about it.

You admitted you talked to the person on Skype and that he gave you the account info, but you have no records of it? How do I know the feedback isn't true?

I've email notified NeoJunky, perhaps he can provide the chat logs.

Also in the future, please dispute the feedback right away. This is 6 months later and NeoJunky hasn't been active in 3 months, so it's unlikely he will reply. It's not fair for him to have no chance to defend his feedback because you say there is no proof.

I did not talk to him on skype. I added him on facebook and he immediately asked for payment after PM'ing me the account username/pw.

I would have disputed this long ago if I were active. But the fact is I was inactive from October to around recently - I didn't think I would use this website again, so I just didn't bother sending this case for arbitration. I'm sure there are many cases like this..

There are and in most cases I don't removed the feedback.

If you have no proof and NeoJunky does not reply, the feedback will remain. I'll keep this open for another 48 hrs.
