Someone is lying here?

We started to talk 2nd September so it is been 7 days, not three weeks.

He knew that he needs to give me recovery information and I will pay him when riot will send me new password. That way I can check if the info he gives me are correct.

Riot still asked me for more informations because he gave me wrong info before. Then he said "I will give You more information only if You will pay me now".

1. Why he gave me wrong information at the beginning of our trade?
2. Why he suddenly said that he wont give me more info without payment?

In my opinion only scammers act this way. I have done few trades on different forums already and it always went well. I dont recommend trading with this guy. Watch out.

 

Sellers please proceed with caution, I gave this person full information of my personal league of legends account that I created almost three years ago myself. He spent three weeks asking me for every single bit of information on my account without ever paying me anything. While I understand one would want to ensure an account is fully in their possession before paying, he did not take my feedback nor reputation into consideration when I asked for the simplest of payment; as low as half of what was originally agreed upon. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and figured he paid people once he sold the account, however asking for as much details as this person does without offering any type of payment is a little suspicious. Please be weary
