Negative rating for something that didnt happen?!?!?!?

So I run a small online buisness for league of legends boosting and I have 0 room for false accusations I was doing a boost for someone a week or two ago when halfway through he asked for a refund.. (IN FULL)
I told him id give him a refund but I am keeping half for myself considering half the job was done soon as I gave the half refund he submitted a false report saying I was toxic and couldnt finish the job I need this negative comment removed as it is affecting my online buisness please help!

Please show the chat logs where the customer complains and asks for a refund. Why did he want a refund? make sure that's in the images.

it was a chat restriction could have easily finished the job rofl dont put me down cause you wanted a refund early thanks

I dont even have him on skype anymore... or else I would have gladly got the chat logs if you didnt respond a month later look at my other reputation... Like someone asks for a refund they get a fair refund its that simple he wanted a full refund when I was half way done the job when his account got a chat restriction and nothing more a 10 game chat restriction which is nothing and I have nothing in my terms agreeing that if you get a chat restriction you will be refunded or anything its simply from spam pinging to communicate and OCCASIONALLY making a snide comment and getting reported

Well when you are logged into a persons account you cannot act negatively on it. Penalties stack and you have damaged customers account.

A 10 game chat restriction is nothing permanent and adds absolutely nothing bad to your account once your done the 10 games it vanishes period.. And I would have been done those 10 games myself

Negative feedback will remain. If your customer received a penalty because one of your boosters acted inappropriate, you should compensate the buyer. The buyer has every right to give you a negative feedback for that. It can be removed if a 100% refund is given.

No chance a 100% refund will be given for something that literally has 0 effect on the account when im done the job.( IT ONLY EFFECTS ME BECAUSE ITS GONE AFTER IM DONE THE REQUIRED GAMES) Gave a fair refund more than half when I was already half way done the job and even IF I want this negative rating gone that bad I would need his skype which I dont have anymore so by all means if you get that
