By J_P_Devil's terms, you were aware that the method had to be tangibly mailed to you. He provided it digitally to you upon request after as well. We can't prove whether he did send to you as it was merely a document without a tracking # nor can we prove that you did not receive it. Even then, this does not constitute a negative feedback at all.

The other points were invalid as everyone is entitled to create a scam thread to find out the truth.
