Hello.
I just got a negative Feedback from a guy who bought 10k archeage gold from me like 5 days ago.
He bought 10kg and everything was fine. When i asked him to write me a feedback (which i deserved after succesfull trade) he asked me for a free gold.
After 5 days he contacted me on Skype and said that 2,6kg got removed from his account by Trion Worlds and he wants moneys back. From what i know even the biggest sellers out there like for example mmogah are doing refunds (if there are proves) up to 2 days not 1 week after the trade. Before we did the trade he even said that hes buying alot of gold from other buyers and thats why he want cheaper price which i gave him. Theres completly no prove at all that his gold was removed, and even if it realy happed, theres completly no prove that the removed gold was from me. As i said in my topic: My gold is 100% hand made whitout any bots, hacks etc. No1 ever contacted me before and said that the gold was removed, never been banned or warned in game.

After i said him that it was 5 days after trade already and theres no way to prove that it ws my gold, he changed his possitive feedback to negative.

And i just found this under epicnpc FAQ

What happens if the currency i purchased was removed or i got banned?

"There is a risk to buying in-game money for real money that all buyers must accept. As long as the seller transfers the gold to you in what is considered a safe manner, the seller will not be held responsible if the gold is removed or your account is banned.

However if the gold was not transfered in a safe manner, including being stolen, the seller will be responsible for a full refund. Each game is different and to determine if the transfer method used was considered safe or not, we will ask other sellers for their opinions."

My gold is delivered by Auction House which is considered as one of the safest methods out there. All im doing it just buying specyfic items which are putted on Auction House by buyers.
And in my opinion its up to buyers if they will transfer whole amount of golds to one account (for example their main) or split it between alt accounts with smaller amount of gold.

My gold is also 100% clean, hand made. Im sending it from my main account which was made and played since first day when archeage launched. That should be a prove that i didnt ever used any bots, hack and didnt ever got any virtal goods by illegal way. Because i would be banned long time ago already.

Is there anything i can do about it?

King Regards.

they should be in different order

And here example of how i make my gold: As you can see i got my morpheus server gold by actually saving loyalty tokens for past 2 months (which are give for being a subscriber to the game).

Oh sorry but i havent seen the template before. Just let me know if its clear enaugh here or you want me to do it with the template

notified of dispute. if auction house method is known to be safe we do not hold sellers responsible for actions taken by game companies.

The gold was purchased on Sept 20th and removed on Sept 25th, correct?

The buyer accepts risk and lose if the currency is delivered in what is considered a safe manner. This will be considered bad luck. Basically this dispute is about whether or not the gold was delivered in a safe way.

I sent a PM to a few archeage gold sellers asking for their opinion. bklack has also been notified.

Yup exacly. The gold was delivered last sunday and buyer said that yestarday part of it was taken. And gold was delivered by AH which is considered as the safest possible way (as screenshots shows).
If you guys need more screenshots or info just let me know please.

And what wonder me the most is, that even if some of his gold was taken (he said that my gold isnt legit which is completly not true) than why not all of it. He bought 10k and he said that only 2,6k dissapeard. Before that he also said that he have no more money to buy new gold and that he destroyed his delphinad weapon which is worth around 10kg +/-. Got proves on that also. Thats why this whole situation is even more suspicious for me.

So as conclusion: My gold was and is always delivered by what all AA gold sellers consider the safest way by auction house. My gold is hand made and 100% clean. All proved on screenshots from skype.
So its not realy my fault that he got unlucky or hes account is under some kind of investigation because hes buying alot of gold all the time as he stated in skype which i can prove as well.

I've discussed with 3 other archeage sellers and all 3 stated using the AH is one of the safest methods to transfer gold.

The feedback has been removed and this will be considered bad luck and the risk in purchasing gold the buyer accepts.
