Describe why you believe the feedback is wrong: Buyer originally left me positive feedback and then two days later gave me negative feedback without warning. He reached out to me while I was AFK on Skype and simply said, "you took the account back?". Once I got back to my desk, I told him/her that even though I couldn't confirm that he/she actually 'lost' the account in some sort of way. I told him/her that I would be happy to either refund him/her or give them another account of equal value. Still no response from them...
