Other details / notes: First trade occured 12.5. when he bought the mage account and some gold, we then proceeded to another trade on 23.5. when we agreed that in exchange for warlock account, he will give me back the mage account with additional 50 euro, after that he bought some more gold.

okay so
1) zamack sells mage account to Gustavsson123
2) Gustavsson123 trades mage account back for a warlock and pays an additional 50 euro
3) Gustavsson123 lists warlock for sale.
4) Gustavsson123 claims account recovered.

Contacted someone who knows a little about the server says, there's a zero tolerance on the server for account sales. Im looking into the odds of account recovery now

How can I proove I dont have access to the account if the support doesnt care at all?
/e I provided him with all information for the account after recieving money and at tha point it ended for me, how can I possibly get the account back if he has all the information, changed email/password/sq ???
dealing with this **** is just not fair and to be honest i am stunned that you are on gustavssons side, i mean really? what eactly do u want me to do?

From the chat logs above I see login, SQA and email change were provided. If there is no support for recalls as the below image shows, then it would not be possible for you to recall the account from Gustavsson123.

Based on this, i could be that Gustavsson123 got scammed and lost the account while trying to sell it.

The feedback will be removed, both.

Gustavsson123 will have to show some proof it was recalled if he reposts the feedback. Based on the screenshot here, it does not appear recalls on the Archangel are even possible.
