I GAVE HIM BACK REFUND AND HE GAVE ME NEGATIVE FEEDBACK STILL

I am reporting a negative feedback which was posted a few days ago at my EpicNPC profile by user ENVY.HAISLEY

He said i am scammer, i have paid his compensation $150 and he don't reply my chat and doesn't change the negative feedback. here i am very disadvantaged. Please remove the negative feedback. cause i have paid his compensations and he said that after I fully paid he would erase all the negative feedback.
