Describe why you believe the feedback is wrong: I never changed any of the info back, I can't, he changed the email and changed the password, i dont have access to any of these.
Other details / notes: Never received a message of him, he says I blocked him but I didn't. I sent him a message on discord asking about what's going on. I told him I would give him 24 hours to respond but he started a dispute claim on paypal and this would help me prove that he's lying.

you tell him he needs to contact support to change secret question, but thats not how it works. they require id and information you did not provide.

I didn't specifically know they required ID and other info, all i knew was that you need to contact support. I was wrong then.
I can't retrieve the account because the info used isn't correct, i created that account for selling purposes. I didn't use any real info.
If he had real issue with any of these that he couldn't change the secret question I would have had no issue giving him a refund in exchange for the account. I never blocked him and kept him on my friends list for that reason, he even still is on my friends list.

Did you tell him the account information was all fake and there was no way to fix account if issue arised? we require full disclosure.

I did not, that chat logs i linked are all the communication we had. I guess that was a mistake on my part. But i do have to ask, even if it had my real info, and he wanted to have changed something, I should have given him my ID? Regardless, if he had issues with that part, I would have refunded him the full amount. I haven't had any problems with all the trades I have done before, each one going down exactly like this one. I will in the future disclose that the info isn't real, and the security question probably will not be able to be changed.

Id would not have done him any good so i would not provide it. You need to make accounts in real names. there is zero way to fix the account if a lock or hack happens. And you have zero protection and cannot recall accounts if the person scams you.

Hello Doomedtofail, we have handled this issue. It seems had a issue on the back end, in which he provided me with another account of equal or greater value. I would like to remove this mark if possible, thank you for your time and service. Icefirered has a very well support system we just ran into some issues in which he will have to handle. He offered me full refund or another account as stated.
