I am making this dispute since I have a little problem with this rating, the buyer says that we take his money and his platinum, in this case we can not do anything. Try to make contact with multiple times with the client but only by means of EPICNpc, since he still does not tell me what his skype ID is nor does he respond to me the many messages that I have sent him.

We are a store with a lot of time already in warframe dedicated to a top service in the market, we also have been affected like any other person who makes money in video games, especially in games like warframe that always are making bans and suspensions by Black market This is always a risk for anyone who wants to buy platinum or items for money and cheap. We do not take the platinum to anyone, it is impossible for that to happen simply the DE take it away. The money is still here with us but he has never made direct contact with us on skype.


Leave a lot of empty spaces because I do not know how to fill them, I do not know the date or when it is the record of sales of this person, as he says he has not written his skype name or made direct contact with us. Only one answer saying "Where to change the rating" about 2 or 3 hours after the negative.


On the photos I have no idea to place since I have no evidence of a conversation with this person only the EPicNPC so that will do.

I have no more evidence but any requirement or something special that I need you can ask for it without problems, I am at the disposal of anything provided that this problem is solucinated in the best way for both parties.

All my records are in skype and I do not know what is the one of this person. Sorry for the little information. But that's all I really have.
