The customer bought an account and got banned the next day after purchase as he stated.
I had the account over a week in my possession and kept it offline before the sale.
Seems a bit not common to get such a ban. Haven't had a single similar problem since server's launch.
Not sure if the person did any gold transactions.
He did not get back to me about the issue though. He had just stated he would not give negative feedback as it was obviously not my fault.
Seems he made an appeal on server's forum and got a denial in the end.

I have a disclaimer in my thread about account buying.
Also there is a ban wave on the server now, so I even do not recommend my customers to buy any gold.

Notified.

heres where its a little iffy. You only had the account a week prior to sale. gold selling or purchase could have occurred prior to you receiving account. it could have been in the day the customer had it as well.
It could be an ip ban.

that is a very short time line to hold customer responsible as well.

Well the experience was negative I am out $270 with nothing. They responded to my appeal with proof of gold trading on the account, and I'm not blaming you for it. You'll notice I didn't blame anyone in the review because i can't know if you even knew that was going on or not. Whoever sold the gold got their money, you got your money selling the account, and I got the shaft. So I'm sorry if you really knew nothing about it, but I'm sure you can understand the experience on my end was definitely negative.

This was my message to him and I feel this pretty much sums it up. I didn't get to play for even one day. I was understanding while I appealed it, but when I found out the ban was for gold trading when I had barely even signed on, well you could see how my attitude would change when i found that out. We are all responsible for things that sometimes aren't our fault and we have to live with them. I have to live with losing 270$ for nothing, he has to live with a negative review. I think he made out a lot better than I did. And if he disagrees, well I'd be more than happy to change it to a positive review for a refund. He cannot have his cake and eat it too.

I do not prefer negative reviews but at least some feedback before making hasty comments.
As the issue seems to be not that common I can offer following options in this case: leveling service for half price or another account as replacement.

That works for me, I'll handle it with you in the morning. I purchased another account from someone on here that offers a 15 day guarantee, which I figure should be good. If it happens after that long it is most likely the customers fault. I also apologize if I came off wrong, I know that you may very well have nothing to do with it. I also hope you understand where I was coming from.
