The issue has been resolved and refund was issue after 15 minutes. I never scammed anyone.
The buyer also want to remove since he is happy with another transaction.
Edit: The account was gone before I had my hand on it and I offered him with a discounted one and taken me 15 minutes to refund due to responding to different buyers. After refunded, he wanted the discounted one I offered before and he really happy about it. He wanted to change to Positive Feedback or Remove the current one as show in conversation
