Describe why you believe the feedback is wrong: The buyers thinks it was me, who has sold my own account and has took it back later, that it not true. I'm a re-seller, I do buy WildStar keys and accounts and sell it later on, this account was bought by me, I even have a bank invoice for transferring money to buy this account with e-mail included. It looks like the original owner has took it back, I can not be 100% sure, but it may be the case.
Other details / notes: I was walking with a dog when the buyer contacted me, so then I got back home he was not answering my skype messages and he has left a negative feedback without trying to get any solution.

I have contacted the e-mail company (www.mail.ru) explaining what has happened, so I got a Ticket number and I will provide the support report below (sorry it is in Russian as well, cause it is a russian e-mail company). I have applied a Ticket against scammers.
