So i'm in a situation that i don't know what to do, any help is very much appreciated! i have sold many accounts without any problems
Let me explain:
A guy that i sold him a valorant beta account this morning, all went fine & good. shortly after that like an hour or more i saw his stats on discord saying "xxx Playing VALORANT" Super great to this point
Then this evening he contacted me again saying that he cannot access the game with a picture of the launcher saying "Unable to access the game" i asked him if the game was working fine and suddenly this error happened and he said that he never played&launched the game!
This never happened to me before so i was going to check it out and if there is a problem i'll be more than obliged to fix it, i asked him for the username and pass and he gave me a totally different one from the account i sold him, so i asked him again to give me the user&pass of my account i gave him and yet again gave me another one and claimed that he just changed it to check if the game works (which to my knowledge you can only do so once per month)
Then i tried to login to the account he gave me but for some reason he refused to give me the access code from his email( he said that he didn't get it even though i resent it multiple times)
What i think is he tried to use his account and claim that it doesn't work&have beta access!
After that i stopped responding to him and here is the chat
