We went into discussion over sale here, I was willing to pay asking price. He initiated the MM process but then a price was not in agreement, I told him I was no longer interested in the purchase. The service stayed open still and he left a negative saying " Time Waster ". I had already deleted the chat and such but he decided to leave a negative rep knowing full well there was no transaction made.
