No idea who is this guy, most likely scammed by impersonator. Remove please if there are no proofs.

I asked him to provide me screenshot of person who scammed him, he said it matches with my profile, but never sent me screenshot. Hope he can post it here at least

I'm not Diego, it's not my paypal and not my skype profile.
Click on his name on top and it will show you his skype ID. It will be something like live:streqq1. or other stupid ****.
Then move your eyes down on my signature and check picture there. It will show my real skype ID. Compare them and you will understand everything I hope.
Somebody made similar skype profile and pretends to be me. But he can't fake skype ID, so you need to watch for it or confirm identity on EPICNPC before sending any money.

Sorry for you loss, contact paypal and try to dispute payment.

How does only the one profile with the cat and the same everything show up until the deal is done the the other one mysteriously appear ?

Because skype is worst messenger ever, that's why I have button to add me in each thread and this signature. If you have other explanation how to hide yourself or how to avoid that, tell me.
