Negative feedback from TehZync

He did a chargeback on me after 5 months, so i left him a negative feedback

I gave the OO ID to Twizz during the day of the transaction and knew it was an expired ID yet he decided to keep the account.

I offered him a chance to back out but he never did, 5 months later and he does a credit card chargeback because he can't get a hold of Toonvendor for the OO's ID and i'm left having to pay the money back + CC fees.

He even does a chargeback on the mop key he paid me for.

He's technically a scammer but i couldn't care less, all i wanted is for others to know about his devious practices.

Twizz can confirm most of this.

Please provide proof such as chatlogs, the chargeback.

You need to prove that :

TehZync was aware that it was an expired ID and chose to keep the account.

The transaction was 5 months ago.

He was given a chance to back out but chose not to.

How was Twizz involved in this?

This is exactly what happened, and i hope this is enough proof.

Incase the aim logs weren't clear;

He knew the ID was expired and i told him who had the ID prior to him buying the account.

He bought the account and months later he does a chargeback because his plan didn't work out.

He didn't contact me nor did he care, he probably just got bored of the account.

I'm thankful to Tehzync for giving me the account back instead of trying to pull a fast one, but he shouldve contacted me prior to doing the chargeback and he shouldn't have done a chargeback on the mop key he paid for.

In addition to that, i feel that he deserves the negative rep and hopefully the one on me will get removed.

Please explain how i could of canceled it when it had already been processed?

I mean, what could i do. Tell the bank to refund him the money so he could refund me it in order to deny them their fee's? I'm confused.

You could've explained it to me instead of ignoring me which is what led to the threats.

Dude, walk in my shoes..how would you feel if you had to pay 550 + 80+ dollars in fee without any notice or a chance at all?

If you had talked to me before doing the chargeback, i wouldve returned the cash or worked out something with you.


Even after you did the chargeback, all i wanted from you was a return of $40 that you paid for the mop key.

You could still give me $40 back, but i doubt you will.

That was our last contact on skype and the rest is in epicnpc PMs. No mention of you ever asking for the mop key money.

I don't see why this thread is open still, The negative feedback was left because of my negative experience which was justified because i lost a huge sum of money plus you had no right to do a chargeback.
The only way this would be resolved is if i get $40 from you.

I got the dispute notice a few days ago, I skyped you but it seems that you blocked me or something of the nature,

Regardless, do you think it's fair that you also did a dispute on the mop key that i sold to you?

If i didn't sell it to you, you would've bought it from the store and you sure as hell can't do a chargeback on them.

This is absurd, i'm in a tight position money wise, if you're going to be an *** and do a chargeback, atleast be somewhat fair about it like i have been about the whole situation.

Your credit card company is charging me a $80 fee for recouping their "losses"

I was already in the gutter when you did a chargeback now i'm losing so much man.

Could you call them and cancel the chargeback on the $45?

I'll give you a refund instead because id rather not lose another $80 on top of the $45

The least you could do is this.

As far as the negative goes. Bodman has right to give TehZync a negative feedback. In fact, if he did lost $80 because of a chargeback fee, Bodman has the right to open a dispute against TehZync to get that money back.

I'll take the negative, Though you highlighting " I'll give you a refund" gives the impression you didn't read the thread.

20 Nov : chargeback started.
27 Nov: Bank called and told me my money had been returned.
3 Dec: Asked if i though chargeback on key was fair
8 Dec: Offered to refund me the money so he wouldn't have to pay the feed.

So please explain after a full 10 days how i could ask the bank to return the $45 dollars to bodman, so he could refund it back to me. Also 80$ Fee for 45$ transaction? I'd like proof that is not the full fee.

This thread is not about the fee, only feedback which I have already given my decision on. Bodman will need to open a separate thread in the Active Dispute forum and provide proof if he wants to dispute the $80 fee he is claiming he had to pay.

I'm closing this now as the feedback dispute has been settled.
