Mihalkov says the email is the same, so nothing has happened

Is this correct?

So for this 2nd account, you gave him the username/password and now he's saying he can't login, but the email has not been changed?

Do you still have access to the email? Can you reset the password and take control of the account?

I blocked the account, specifically to prove that he has access to it. I can give unlock code
 
I bought an account of Mihalkov, an account that I really wanted. I used the account for about a day before the account was "hacked" - I got a new account by Mihalkov, an account that is really not worth as much as I paid for (I paid for an account with a higher rank, the more playing time and an account that was over 5 years.) I took the NEW account and I started playing it, all of a sudden I get logged out and can not login. I contacted Mihalkov on Skype and ask what is happening, and I leave a bad feedback because I have not got what I paid for. Now is the account I got from Mihalkov locked, that means Miahlkov have control over the account, something I do not want and therefore I dont want to have any account from Mihalkov, because it does not feel good or serious.
I have not had a good experience with Mihalkov, I want what I actually paid for, something that I trusted, but instead it became the opposite.

It's best if I get the money back. Anyway, I will not trust Mihalkov's accounts in the future even if I get a "new" account AGAIN. - He can easily lock an account, which he proves.




I do not feel safe with it. - Of course he is worth my rating in EPICNPC. because I have been scammed, the first account would be "safe" - But it is obvious that the account which I paid for in the beginning was hacked. Why else would the account be "recalled" ?!

You gave me two options, money or a new account. I chose money in the beginning, but then u said i need to wait before i will get that. Then I chose one account instead, which is really not worth as much as I paid for the account at the beginning. After a day, I feel that it is exactly the same problem as my previous account.

I was asked to wait 1-2 days when I get enough money. No problem with the account was not, you invented it to take my money and account.

First you said you have no access to the account you wanted to get the account and money. Blocked account I'm after, it's all there in your correspondence.

No, this account I bought cheap and sold it expensive. The first owner decided to steal her from me this has happened only 2 times.

I thought this account was safe. But it's not. I had problem with this account, and now the account is LOCKED, because i was leaving a bad review about You. I dont want to use any account that YOU have control over. I was buying a account because i should be able to have all control over it.

Any seller can block an account, you just need to click on the letter about changing the address. I can delete e-mail and no longer be able to do it.
 
And, i do not want both your money and your accounts. I just want my money back, i've not had a good experience with you. Just problem. I dont know if i have any control over the last account u was sending me(that is not worth this amount i was paying u for the first on) - But i'll send u the details to the account when we have solved this.

You agreed to take the account, he has no vac, mm, trade ban . Last account was mg1 , this le . This is even better.
 
From what I've read, there is no problem with the second account. Mihalkov has possession of it and has given you the code to access it.

The issue is because you gave him a negative feedback, so he blocked you out of the account. You did not secure the account after you received it. You should have changed the password, email and enabled Steam Guard. If you had done this Mihalkov would not have been able to block you.

There is no issue with the 2nd account. Lunarshark, you accepted the account and it was given to you. I don't know why you get kicked out, but I see no evidence it was recalled.

Please access the account and secure it. Once you have possession, please update.

He does not deny that the account is his. He wants to abandon the account and take the money.
 
I bought an account from Mihalkov it was recalled within 48 hours.
Mihalkov gave me a second account, the account was recalled within 24 hours.
Then Mihalkov offered to find me a new account, I waited 24 hours no response, asked for refund and no response from Mihalkov anymore.

This is ridiculous!

Just write what you changed email and password and the account is now yours.
 
As stated, the 2nd account was not recalled.

Mihalkov has it and the code was given to you 2 days ago. Please access the account and secure it.


You accepted the 2nd account instead of a refund and the account was provided to you. If you changed your mind, mihalkov is not obligated to issue a refund instead, since you agreed to the account. We will not require him to issue a refund if you refuse to take control of this account.

Please login and secure the account, then update here.
