Negative feedback from "iNeff"

I am having an issue as you probably know about the user "iNeff" I'm building up my reputation over sythe and just made an account over epicnpc to check prices and verify both markets actually.

He gave me a negative review and the guy seems to be a little bit weird.

We have never been trading together, no trade has been made. The guy came to me and did pretend he was Shroud from Cloud9.
Instead of being honest and directly telling me why he needed a csgo account, he gave me a crazy story like he was so rich and lost his account and he was a known twitch member. When I asked him to send me his twitch, he sent me the twitch of shroud from cloud9, that was actually live at this moment.

I'm not sure how he went epic professional seller, just because he did pay should'nt make him a premium seller he if act like this.

Here are the screenshots proofs on the whole conversation, I found him really childish and just went to say I would delete him cause he was making me waste my time.

I guess impersonating a professional player of the game ain't a good way to do trades, even he it was late and whatever the reason.

ItsNeFF was online today and didn't reply. No reply from twitch either.

The skype username in that image is facebook:superman.wolverine, checking the FB page that's his account as the images match his ID image I have.

Waiting for another 24 hrs.

meclipse was streaming on Twitch a few hrs ago, but didn't reply to my message. I'll take that to mean that he's not ItsNeFF.

ItsNeFF was online today again and still no reply. His upgrades have been removed for impersonating a professional Twitch streamer.

ItsNeFF admitted via PM to impersonating meclipse from Twitch. His upgrades were removed and he replied with this.

So because I said I was Shroud you removed my permissions?
Not to be rude but that's very ******* stupid. I also don't see anything in the rules about if I did that I lose everything?

I guess he thinks impersonating other people is okay and shouldn't result in any punishment, then he requested a ban which I gladly granted.
