Please help me remove a negative feedback from a buyer that get scam by a scammer who use a fake profile same as me!

The scammer is in Discord Nitro status and they change his username and tag to my exact ID and tag then he scam this buyer, then he block buyer and buyer contact me to open a dispute and give a negative feedback!
I contacting buyer and he confirm that he get a scam from a guy fake my profile!
