Negative feedback after 1 year

Hello,

i have received a negative feedback from TOBY1989 after one positive for the same transaction.

he had all the infos, id card keys etc.. and he changed battle.net name aswell just after the trade.

i tried to contact him on skype and he refused to talk with me. (can link screenshot of skype chat and my attempts to call him with his refuses of call answer)

cant really see the point of blaming me of chargeback when it's IMPOSSIBILE after a name change.

next time i suggest to add an authenticator and less untrusted websistes.

cant really help him furthermore.

Okay first off even if its name changed its still re-callable 100% and not much harder.

Were you even Original owner? If yes did you ever sell to anyone else and buy back? or if not OO who was?
I will pm him for a response for all ticket information. and will look at what information was used in tickets.
We will go from there, but please respond here to my couple questions.

nope i was third part and i told him from the first moment.
The OO gave him every document he asked and he assisted him for a while even after the sale.
Ofc i didnt called it back and neither the OO.

in fact, he told he still have the account.... so i dont see the point of a negative feedback

sorry, for giving the negativ feed back, but it seems like the original owner tok back the account, and the ID you gave me, seems to not work since its not same name

i dont have the account man and i dident answer becasue i was sleeping 11 in the night. and i dident have a problem with the account, but just before WoD (and after ) he first tryed to get it (saw a ticket) and second time he got the account back

i have never claimed to be the oo.
the oo never shared or sold it.

in addition i never said that he resold the account.

he admitted to still have it.

Teddy1989, Well i had requested evidence. but if account is lost, please provide screenshots of the tickets you received in email. this may show us who recalled it. You should have received the original one. if you received the second recall one even better

"Ofc i didnt called it back and neither the OO." I will gladly give you the benefit of the doubt since you are being cooperative, but you cannot speak for the original owner, because of course he will say he did not.

We talked to the buyer, and it seems like we made a deal. since he had taken the account back. the deal havent been done yet, it shall finish today

but i only had 1 Ticket that i saw, that was aboue the rogue i had on the account, (it was in italy, so i dident know what was in it) but it was about rogue and something, Skeq2 told me it was something else, but since the real owner token, i was right about him made a ticket to get it back i think..

Your thread stated it has never been "shared or sold", that implies you're the OO.

If you bought the account from the OO, then you can't say "never been shared or sold" that is false advertising.

Please keep that in mind in future threads. If you claim that an account has never been shared or sold, I will take that as are the OO.
