Hello, i sold 2 account to one user from epicnpc

First account all was fine without any problem, he payed first and confirm he got his item. then he change his mind and bought another acc from me. I take the old one back to arrange him, and give him a new one (with some $ from him)
He tried to charge back the money, and give me a negative feedback without reason 2 weeks after. (ask him for date) Posting in a new thread i was a scammer.

He is disrespectfull (talking of my mom and talking with me with my first name everywhere like we're close friends)

Wow...I dont know what to say but this seller is the most shameless person I have ever met. Yes he is the scammer and I lost $82.99 dollars and 202.99 dollars with two transactions with him. Here is what really happened. I will try to be brief as I can.

A few weeks ago I saw this guy post a selling thread at here: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/double-leg-accounts.1431742/

Then I bought one of the accounts with 80 dollars. Everything is good with these transaction. However, when I got the account I found that this account was not as strong as he advertised. I thought it was fine and it actually my bad not asking him for more details. Then I DM him on Discord to see if he got any stronger account. He said yes he got two really strong accounts. One is his main account not for sale, and another one is also very strong and available to sell. He was asking $350 dollars but then said he could do $200 with two conditions: 1. give back the first account he sold to me. 2. Write a positive feedback on EpicNPC regarding first transaction. And I accepted this offer.

Then I sent him 202.99 dollars via PayPal (2.99 is the fee charged by Paypal). And he said I must chose "pay to friend & family" because I cannot charge him back by choosing this option. Thats what I did coz I thought on first transaction it was Ok and I decided to trust him. This is how funny he said above I tried to charge him back because there is no way to get money back by choosing "pay to friend & family".

After he got the money he said I must give the first account back to him and thats what I did. Then he gave me a fake ID and password that is not linked to any game. When I asked him, he claimed that it was me actually changed ID and password after I got the account and I am the person who tried to scam him. I was like, wtf^&*&?

The he said don't worry, he will contact support of the game because he had proof of owning that account like purchase receipts. He asked me to wait 48 hours for support responses. If support is not replying he will issue me the full refund. Meanwhile, he locked all his threads on epicNPC trying to prevent me from posting anything on his thread. I had no option but wait. When it is 48 hours due, he said Ok support did not response. In order to issue me the refund, I have to prove that I did not receive his account. But come on, how can I prove I dont have it since I never received it?? At that time, I was almost certain he is a scammer, but I said, Ok, please give me some screenshots of that account to show you actually owned that account. He said he did not have any SS and now the account is missing he could not provide any. I said fine, send me the SS of "strong main account" that is not available to sell because I suspected he does not own any strong accounts. The whole thing is a lie. Then he refused and blocked me on Discord.

Yesterday I saw him posted a new thread and then I left a review on him and his thread at: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/double-leg-dracomorph-warchief-account.1437931/

And instantly he wrote me a negative feedback for revenge: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/looking-for-a-strong-acct-to-buy.1433279/
and filed this dispute....

A few points can prove he is a scammer:

1. there is no way to charge the money back by choosing pay to friends and family. It is a stupid lie from him.
2. If he got two strong accounts that he was talking about, why can't provide the screenshot of account to prove the ownership?
3. He blocked me on Discord when he found that he could cover his lie when I requested proof of ownership.

I swear to god and my family every single word I was saying above is the truth and I can provide all proof ( paypal transaction details, chat history, etc...) I searched this guy in social media and I know his personal info. If he refused to issue me the refund within 1 week, I will send my proof to his friend and employer to let them know who this guy really is.

Meanwhile, if administrator on epicNPC can help me with this situation, I am happy to provide all proofs. Just give me an email address.

100% of my trades are offered with mm option, its that the proof i got the account (i also send some screens of concerned account). i do trade with some customers here, and never had a problem before, you can read every post i make on this site.

I’m glad you posted our chat history Frankie. Yes that’s what I wrote to bluff you. But if you really believe administrator here believe you that I paid you as friend and family and then tried to scam you by charging it back, so be it.

@EpicNPC CM I got nothing from paypal about any chargeback. Only got what he said (see screenshots)

Anyway, he got his item and dont send any proof about scamming. He got his item, all my trades are offered with MM option from epicnpc, and all others trade i do on this site was happened without any problem.

he also confirmed he got his first item before changing his mind (screenshot 3)
(his ID discord is on screenshot4 you can compare it, its the same ID he posted to contact him on his post to buy some accounts)

Like you can see, he leave a negative feedback 2 week after our transaction, on a post that have nothing to do with the reported trade.

So can you please remove that negative feedback that have nothing to do here ???
