I hope you'll do something instead of repeating no transaction was made so it's not your business. This is exactly the problem! No transaction was made and yet a random user was able to write a negative review on my profile. Why is this ? And why do you allow it ? Why don't you remove it ?

A random user put a negative comment on my profile claiming I scammed him. I had no discussion before with this user about any transaction and no transaction was ever made with this individual.
Yet he s able to leave this comment and now i have a bad review and my profile. It's negatively impacting my selling with this one star note. People think I may not be trustworthy.
This is abusive. Please remove their comment from my profile.
I did the identification verification process. What more can i do to have you remove this bad review written from this person ?
It's unfair to be vulnerable to any lunatics when no transaction was made.

- Link to the feedback you received.
- Provide the TG # for this feedback.
- Explain why you are disputing the feedback and why you want it changed or removed.
Trade Guardian was not used:
If the communications was offsite, we will only accept video evidence, no screenshots.
- Proof of sale will be requested.
- Buyer can show they sent payment.
- Seller can show they sent the item or provided a service to the buyer.
- No further investigation will be conducted.
- Upload the video to Youtube (unlisted) and provide a link to the video in your dispute.
If proof of sale is not provide, the feedback will be removed.
