Not sure if this requires a template or not. I will fill out a template if asked too.

Didn't want to make a post about this, but this might be the only way to get him to respond to me, or contact me.

*edit*Not claiming he's a scammer, as I believe that the OO recalled the account, and not ToonVendor.

I've been trying to contact ToonVendor for approximately 1 and 1/2 weeks about an account he sold me back in November of 2009 ( this is the post for the account http://vbforums.mmobay.net/wow-usa-accounts-auctions-buy-sell/341896-*new*-gladiator-druid-|-vanity-mage-*amani*-|-s4-glad-lock-|-cheap-sold.html).

I tried logging on the account on September 19th, and was given a message saying that the info I put in was not correct. I checked the email for the account, no new emails. I tried the recover password on battlenet, and the combination no longer existed. I've been trying to contact ToonVendor ever since I tried to recover password, with no success. I've sent him a pm/email/phone call, and I've been sending him messages on aim multiple times a day.

I suppose he could be on vacation or out of town, but I've seen him post on his arenajunkies account over the coarse I've been trying to contact him, and his aim messages should be getting forwarded to his phone so I at a lost as what to do.

I didn't want to make this post, but this might be the only way to get his attention.

*edit* Just wanted to mention that ToonVendor wasn't the OO of the account, and was selling the account for the OO. So I'm under the assumption that the OO recalled, and ToonVendor had nothing to do with the account being recalled.

I sent him a message via aim. This is the 2nd time I've had to contact him via aim and last time he responded quite promptly, so I'll let you know if I hear from him. He hasnt been logged in on the site for about 2 weeks now.

I still have not heard back from him. I'd suggest you try to keep calling while we wait for him to respond.

As far as my AJ account goes, share that with multiple friends irl since they don't have rant room access on theirs.

So here's my verdict on the situation -

The account was sold through me by a personal friend of mine, he sold 3 others through me as well. He used to live near me, but has since moved away and been busy getting married. I know he has no interest in this game because he's busy starting a family and I've known him for quite some time so I do have a good deal of trust in his word.

The account was sold to you 11 months ago. In that time period you could have shared the account information, been keylogged at anytime, or simply had someone peeking over your shoulder that could have compromised the account. Essentially limitless variables that could have effected the security of this account on your side at any time over the past 11 months. Whereas theres one variable on my side. Being that an irl personal friend of mine who I spent years playing with, recalled an account 11 months down the line, and left the other 3 (2 of which were much more attractive to recalling than this one) with their respective new owners.

I just spoke to him (OO) on the phone and he assures me that the account wasn't recalled by him, nor was the account ever compromised in his possession (I can back this statement up because I used to play arenas with those characters and he never lost access to his account). Additionally he will be calling blizzard in the morning to have all the account details changed and forwarded to me tomorrow.

Additionally I'd like to apologize for not being able to reach me. When school starts up you'll notice that I hardly have time for this unless the market is particularly good and can support a living off of it. Therefore I'm focusing my time with studies and a real job to support me. Although that's no excuse for the channels you had to go through to get my attention, so I'd like to compensate you with a free month of playing time in order to make that up.

In the future I recommend calling the direct number that I give to all of my clients that you can text / call me at anytime of the day. Redirect calls are forwarded to voicemail during the school year making it difficult to reach me through that. Some AIM messages are forwarded to my phone, but most of the time its unreliable in sending me those messages directly. There's a reason I give you guys my direct number, when I'm not selling something I don't pay attention to this.

Understand that you could have done exactly what I'm having done tomorrow by simply calling Blizzard instead of figuring that the OO pulled a fast one. When I say an account is safe, I mean the account is safe. My track record speaks for itself on that. I know you may be used to other resellers trying to screw you over by selling you any old account, but I don't do that with my name on the line.

Please leave your email address in this thread and I'll have the new details forwarded to you as soon as I receive them. As well as the 30 day gamecard.

Thank you ToonVendor for getting back to me about this. I can definitely understand you being busy with school starting up, as I'm in the same situation as well.

Although I'm currently in Germany on exchange, and doing a little bit of traveling around this weekend, but I'll be checking emails and such as much as I can.

I don't understand how the account could have been compromised though on my end. I have had no keyloggers (as alt accounts are perfectly fine). And I have only logged on my account either in my house in Canada, or in my Dorm room by myself where I am currently staying in Germany.

I would have tried to call Blizzard for myself to get this handled, but I figured that the OO might have recalled, but its possible that something else could have happened. Also being in an International student here, I haven't had the time (and time change difficulties) to call myself, I don't really have easy access to a phone either.

I appreciate your assistance in this matter, and I will send you a pm with my email shortly.
