need some help verified member renewals

hello, i need some help, i reccently renewed my verified member status,

after paying i got a PM from Epicnpc CM saying that my paypal don't match the ID i provided


the thing is my paypal is business account so it has 2 names on it, the business name and person name

if an admin can help me out that will be great, i can screenshot and even take videos of me inside the paypal account to show you that the name is same as My id
