Need some help retrieving an old account.

Ok, i have an really old account that is BC active and it was ban a long time ago for botting but i've heard that people have gotten there old accounts back by calling blizz is there a way to get accounts back if its under my name?

As far as I know, botting is the banhammer. The only way I could possibly see that someone can unban their account is if Blizzard found an IP change that suggested the account was hacked for a short period. (example: Day 1: US IP, Day 2: Botting with a Chinese IP) That's the only feasible circumstance I can think of that would warrant a legitimate investigation. If you were caught botting, the chances of getting unbanned are slim to none, if you're lucky.
