Describe why you believe the feedback is wrong: buyer bought account from me, after this troubles she ask me: can i refund money? Instantly got positive answer from me. Got no answers from winryito even when i got some cash.
Other details / notes:I am attaching screenshots from skype (conversation, issues and refund messages), paypal transfers. Problem is: winryito started this ignoring even after i got money on my paypal.

Winryito04 got account from me, then 1-2 weeks later winryito04 got red alert from steam, after all this troubles winryito04 got money from me. I would have done it earlier, but winryito04 ignores me about 1 month.
Refund was provided 2 days ago, without any messages from winryito04.

He has not replied. Since proof has been provided a refund was issued, the feedback has been removed. If winryito has an issue with that, he can create a new dispute thread.
