Hello, if I'm selling a WoW character for $250 and yet I'm paying for the WoW transfer fee (which is $25) how much does the character actually cost? Thanks in advance.

It's the price the buyer is paying. If the buyer is paying for the transfer the price is $275. If the seller is paying for the transfer, the price is $250.

If you sell the account for $250 and then pay the transfer fee $25 the character is worth $225 to you. If you sell the character for $250 and the buyer pays the $25 transfer fee, the character is worth $250 to you.

When you go to a store to buy something, you don't really care what fees the seller had to pay or the process. The customer only cares about what they have to pay, so that's the sale price and that's the price that should be used.
