Need help with knowing if this guy is reputable enough to trust in order to buy an account

So basically I wanted to buy a good hearthstone account because I was tired of endless F2P grinding and so on... So I found this account which I really liked. Here it is: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/875215-52-Legendary-account-190-€ . It seems that that guy which is selling it actually bought the account from another epicnpc member (i've contacted him and he told me that he sold that account for 160$ btw). I might be bit paranoid, but isn't it weird that after only 3 months of owning that account he decides to sell it even though he said on the thread that he still plays on that account everyday? I know that he has the 'Verified' tag, which I think you can just buy it for 10$ or something like that. Also he barely has any posts and most of them are posts that he posted in his own threads.
So what do you guys think, is it safe enough to buy from him?
