Hi admin, can you reset the verification ID again? I submitted my photo and ID correctly, but it was still rejected. Maybe it's because my face is not symmetrical due to an unfortunate incident. At the same time, my friend registered and was accepted.

I also want to reset my phone number. Do I need approval from the admin to change my phone number?
