Need help Regarding an account upgrade..

I purchased epic premium member and upgraded my account and its like 48 hours already and it shows me simple epic member only and not premium member..Any idea what is issues happening, I am kinda having less knowledge on what to do..Has anything to be done from my side after the purchase..Need some help..Help will be highly appreciated..
