NEED HELP PLEASE ANSWER (GOT HACKED) PLEASE HELP

Hi recently i was hacked by a scammer. He knows my sq/a and my name and account info. Everytime i call blizz and change my pass/account name he just retrieves the info and changes it to something else. How i do get him off my account and make it so he can not change my infomation. Please post or aim me

Call blizz and explain your situation say you believe you computer and your account has been compromised and you need to change your sq/a. Now your going to have to have an ID or the owner of the account and they can send you the info on how to go about changing the sq/a and w/o the sq/a whoever is scamming you will not be able to retrieve the account.

Well first off this is the wrong forum.

You will have to call Blizzard and explain that someone has access to ALL of the account's information. They will lock the account and you will be required to send in documents that prove you are the owner of the account.

Scan of Photo State ID
Copy of Birth Certificate

Are the two things I've used in the past. Also, you will have to print and fill out an application they will send to your email and either mail all of the required information in, or scan it onto your computer and email it back.

If you mail it in it usually takes anywhere from 4 days all the way up to 2 weeks, it just depends. If you send if via email you should receive a response within 2 days.


Honestly, the ONLY way to make an account entirely safe again is for you to be the original owner and know every bit of information, otherwise it's just impossible. I've struggled in the past with accounts that have been scammed from me, and all I've learned is most of the time Blizzard won't do anything and it turns out to be a waste of time for everyone.

Send Blizzard a wellformated and very angry email about how you dont ever call them for you account info etc and ask them to ask for very personal information if someone asks for the account info, things like your passport number or your dogs colour or somthing.
