Need help for zertifaction

i got a picture from my pass but i cant load it up because my **** iphone make everytime a picture with over 500 Kb its all the time 1,4 MB or 2,2 MB. Can i send you the pass picture at a other way?

Take the pic off your Iphone and transfer it to your comp. Resave it at a smaller size then use that image.
