I'm currently looking for LOTRO US Powerleveling service.
I've tried two services and both were quite unsatisfactory.
One service got an account suspended, another didn't deliver nearly on time and I had to go through
2 days of arguing to get a partial refund.
Now I'm asking the knowledgeable members of MMObay to give me some recommendations to
service providers I can use in the future.
