Need a new game to play. >_<

Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy playing WoW. I have fun when I go on. But I really want something else to play as well, something new and exciting. I'd prefer it to be an MMORPG, or at the very least, an RPG. I want it to either be Pay To Play for Free To Play (Completely), not pay to win. I don't mind paying a monthly sub, but paying for items and such to win, not going to happen.

I would love an anime MMO. But it's absolutely not a must. I'm not overly interested in space based MMOs, but if it has a deep enough story, I'd be game. I'm mostly looking for PVE, good storylines, etc. I will say, one of the games that comes closest to what I want is Runescape (I enjoy its questing depth and skill setup...not so much the rest of the game.)

I'd even be interested possibly in some Steam based games or visual novels.
