Describe why you believe the feedback is wrong: He submitted an account for me to quote on my website and I quoted him at $150. The terms of the quote was that he would provide a govenment issued ID scan (not a picture) for the account. He submitted two terrible camera phone pictures and 2 heavily photoshopped IDs. At this point I got tired of asking him to provide a proper ID for the account and I cancelled the transaction and deleted all his account information. I never even logged into the account as proper identification was never provided. Other details / notes: Proof Proof You MUST provide proof or your claim will not be valid! I can provide the ID's he sent me but that would be posting personal information

Yeah I can't stand it either. My form clearly states:

Are you willing to provide a government issued ID scan (not a picture) that matches both your paypal and your account?

Then people send me crappy camera phone or digital camera pictures and get upset that I do not want to buy this account. The actual scan this kid submitted had every piece of the ID blocked out minus the name. You couldn't even tell it was an ID
