Not Currently Saying Kamehameha Scammed anyone but this is getting old fast. he comes online on skype and ignores my messages.
Was a middleman used? NO, considered him a friend

Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
Purchased Name Change from him on 8/19/13 He said hed get it done in a day or two. Tried talking to him later to see if i could use account until he was ready and no response. Sent multiple texts and skype and emails. To absolutely No avail.

He is not always the best at responding. But this is not like him.


Other details / notes: I just want a refund and will deal with someone else or perform myself, I thought i was helping out a friend.

Wanted to Add that he came online in skype to take payment from at least one other person, that I know of, then disappeared again. They can post here if they Choose to as well, His thread is full of people looking for him. Texted Again still no response.

Ash is the person He came back online to receive funds from, ignored everything i said then disappeared again.

He took money from me as well. Told me to wait 1-2 days for the namechange process to finish so i waited 2 days and no reply since the day he took money. Then i emailed and left a msg on skype still no reply. Its been 4 days now and no sign of him. I've put up a dispute in paypal an hour ago =/ this sucks.

I feel they should be able to post That they were scammed too, just to show scope of what happened. And if he did some how come back it'd be well known how many he'd have to compensate or finish name changes.

There is currently quite a few people out money at this point.

A thread needs to be opened against him WITH PROOF by each member claiming scams. I don't see why/how this should be a problem.

We do not allow users to just post accusations in threads.

As Sakura wrote, if more people having issues with this seller then each one should make their own dispute and provide with it with proofs.

I checked his IPs here and all are consistent so there is no hack.

Ban in 24 hrs if he does not respond. A warning has been placed on his account

I paid for this service and can assure you it was legit he was in and out of contact but he definitely completed my order to my satisfaction as his method worked seamlessly.

Hopefully he replys soon I messaged him myself to try to get his attention I imagine it's a IRL problem / internet issues can't say for sure but I would think more likely then to turn scammer.
