Name Change

I would like to change my name (By paying for it) however the other name has been banned due to it being used on the same IP. Is there anyway you can delete the name so I can change this accounts name to that one? Within the ban reason it shows that it is me.

I also would like to say I am sorry for breaking a rule I didn't know it was a rule until I was banned on the other account(I know this is not an excuse as all rules must be read and understood.) I just hope I can have the option to be redeemed. I plan on paying for a name change on this account also plan on Upgrading my plan as I am a Service provider.
