Name changes are purchasable from the store.
Once you purchase that you'll get a vBShop item that looks similar to mine.

To change your username after you purchased the item, click the store button at the top. Then go to inventory, click configure on the username change. After you configure the username you'll want then you're done! Keep in mind you'll need to purchase another one if you ever decide to change your username again.
