Step 1: Create an account with the same first & last name as the account
you want to transfer a toon from.

Step 2: Call blizzard and give them a story on how you made a account
with a fake name but your buddy told you in order to retrive an account
if it were ever to become stolen you have to have the same name as
addressed on your I.D

Step 3: Blizzard will check your account to make sure its in good
standing, this is when you want to get ready to make a transfer from
Account A to B, when blizzard asks what name do you want it changed to,
spell it out slowly for them.

Step 4: Start the transfer once he says he is going to change the name,
make him repeat it so you can buy yourself sometime, you have a short
window here.

Step 5: Once the name change is complete, check to see if your transfer
is pending, if it is then you've just got yourself a brand new account
with your full first and last name.

(If you failed to get the transfer pending in time, call back and say
you've had a issue with your account and you would like the cd keys
remibursed)

No need to use a 2nd account or buy keys. Doing so gives you a much higher risk of getting the account banned or frozen permanently.
