If its Steam, you cannot change the email.
It will still prompt users to log in via steam bdo launcher :(
 
It will not! when you launch the game from steam you do not need to pass through the Bdo launcher, you just need to log in to your steam account and press play!
I have bought many steam account in the past and all of them have been able to change their email to mine so there is no need to worry about that
