I am looking to buy a WOWS NA account. Below are my interests / parameter on the account. Please message me with any comments / suggestions / offers. Thanks!

Must Have:
- Good amount of Tier 10s unlock.
- (NA) North American account.

Nice to Have, But Not Necessary: (I will prioritize the accounts that has these over others).
- More than 3, 19 points captains, or many 17, 18 points captains.
- Unique captains like (Nikolay Kuznetsov, Halsey, Yamamoto, Philippe Auboyneau, Tsar Alexander)
- Bourgogne
- Missouri
- Enterprise
- Belfast
- OR if the account has the resources (Steel) to purchase the first 2 ships.

Do Not Needed:
- Good stats.
