All stats are earned fairly on normal tanks, without any kind of seal clubbing involved (you will see high stats across vast majority of vehicles).
This account had an equivalent of $1,000+ in gold invested into it (earned from various tournaments and CW). You can easily use that to never play your tanks in stock, free xp through painful vehicles and always maintain high stats.
I'm selling this account simply because I don't play the game as much, and as a poor student, I could make use of some money.
