Moving onto character builds/information. Characters are built with 5pc sets, 4/3/3/1/1. Relevant forte skills are maxed, with all stat traces unlocked on the limited 5* characters (Jiyan/Yinlin/Changli). Verina is above 200% ER with onset Healing Bonus turtle.
Characters builds are balanced for a good crit ratio, ER% needs, dmg% (skill/liberation), and atk%/flat atk as best as possible. Double crit on most pieces for DPS characters.
Jiyan: Level 80 (3cost: Aero/Aero) [Mortefi is decently built for Jiyan]
Yinlin: Level 80 (3cost: Electro/Electro)
Changli: Level 80 (3cost: Fusion/Fusion)

Most importantly, no need to worry about echo substat rolling. You get to immediately jump into the strongest, end-game form of the characters that I have built: challenging ToA on reset, wiping any event that comes, and easily nuking Overworld content with stats you can flex with. After looking through the market, there are accounts with more 5*s, good builds, higher Union Level, etc. However, I have not found an account of this caliber (high UL, best builds I've seen for Yinlin/Changli, x3 limited 5*+their sig) priced this cheap.
