Please note that while Signature Weapons are best in slot for rate up characters, regular 5 star weapons are still great choice especially considering value for the price (you can look at Sig vs 5* weapon comparison on picture below) you can invest saved money into purchasing supply passes for months and get extra Asterite for future banners.
Jianxin obtained from novice banner, selector banner and selector ticket available. 30 lustrous tide and 11000 Astrite available
Astrite farmed through quests and exploration wasn't used at all, exploration is low and still lots of em available on the map and various rewards(around 10k astrite in current patch still available to obtain). Data bank lvl 19.
Till Jinshi banner u'll have enough for a soft pity attempt to get her. 200+ echoes available to gear characters, 32 Crystal solvent(energy refreshes) available.
Overall just a great account with fair amount of progression to catch up, yet full of different things to do with.
