In total the games are valued at around $150+ USD. (The steam account also has Final Fantasy 14 and all the expansions but I don't know how that works since the game still needs to be accessed off steam?)
Most valuable games would be Elden Ring = $60, Monster Hunter Rise + DLC = $40 and Helldivers 2 = $40
The rest are smaller titles valued at around $5 to $20.
