and for whatever reason i cannot recover it even trying to ask a friend without any success, my guess is the account was
created by using a VPN hence the blocked, so the best option is you try to recover it and if it fails then you can
linked it to your own gmail instead, so by any means if you decided to buying this somehow defect account then
you have to deal with the outlook email lost/blocked/cannot be access etc, you can also try asking Kuro support for removing the email and change it something you like.
